Bir cihaz\u0131n ayn\u0131 a\u011fdaki ba\u015fka bir cihaza veri g\u00f6ndermek istedi\u011finde, hedef IP adresi i\u00e7in zaten bir e\u015fleme yap\u0131l\u0131p yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol eder. E\u015fleme yoksa, g\u00f6nderen cihaz yerel a\u011fa bir ARP istek yay\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6nderir ve hedef IP adresine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen MAC adresini ister. ARP iste\u011fi mesaj\u0131, g\u00f6nderenin MAC ve IP adreslerini ve hedefin IP adresini i\u00e7erir.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>ARP Yan\u0131t\u0131 (ARP Reply):\u00a0<\/strong>\u0130lgili IP adresine sahip olan cihaz, ARP iste\u011fine bir ARP yan\u0131t\u0131yla cevap verir. ARP yan\u0131t\u0131 mesaj\u0131, g\u00f6nderenin MAC ve IP adreslerini ve hedefin MAC adresini i\u00e7erir.
